HR Officer :

Work Experience: min 1 yr in related field

Qualification: Master Degree (preferably Specialization in HR)

Job Descriptions

Solve employee conflicts and improve

HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & employees

Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants


Job Specification

Must be proficient in HR related developing processes like selection & recruitment policy, job description, appraisal, performance evaluation, bonus calculation, feedback forms design & conducting polls

Must have excellent written and verbal communication

Must be proficient in tasks like Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, payroll and handling employee issues

Should have good administrative and organization skills

Should update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis and keep abreast of relevant legislations, best practices and trends in the market which impact employment
