Package: 9 Lacs per Annum (Conditions apply)

Reporting to Sales Manager

Requirements

MBS/MBA specialisation in Sales with 5 years or BBS/BBA with 5-8 years of experience in channel sales in consumer durables/construction related products.

Key Responsbilities

Develop & appoint new dealers/channels to expand product reach in the market.

Identify & Develop new streams for revenue growth & maintain relationships with customers.

Develop marketing plans to build customer preference & drive volumes.

Analyze & review the market response/ requirements.

To plan trade schemes & promotions & monitor implementation of the same.

Conceptualize & implement sales promotional activities such as painter/Dealers meet & demonstration as a part of brand building & market development effort

Create initiatives, Designing events, plan the merchandise & to execute marketing events for increasing sales drive

Sale forecasting for the territory on a monthly & annual

Relay regular feedback to organization on key issues like competitor push, product/ variant off takes, competitor network expansion etc.

Formulate & implement financial sales budgets

Planning & Monitoring new product launches.

Implement Market strategies.

Build & manage trust based long term relationships with dealers

Responsible for motivating and leading sales teams

Ensure sales teams are working efficiently and reaching their sales targets.

Implement incentives to sales teams in order to encourage strong results.

Meeting sales targets.

Managing promotional activities.
